MONTREAL, FEBRUARY 5, 2026 – NJM, a ProMach product brand, announces the appointment of Christopher (CJ) Hatt as Regional Sales Manager for the Northeastern United States. In this role, Hatt is responsible for bringing NJM’s packaging systems, including those from Cremer and Dara Pharma, to pharmaceutical, biotech, nutraceutical, medical device, personal care and other manufacturers and contract packers throughout his region.

Hatt brings more than a decade of experience across pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging technology. Previously, he was a Regional Sales Manager at Systech International and served as a Technical Sales Engineer at Videojet Technologies. Hatt also spent eight years at Bayer Consumer Health in engineering and manufacturing leadership roles. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Temple University.
